Nina Miranda is a UK-Brazilian singer- songwriter artist and producer. She moved from Rio to London aged 8 and her music contrasts dreamy escapes with cosmopolitan edge. Nina sings in English, French and Portuguese. and has straddled chart success with underground kudos, keeping her music-making current and in the flow with the array of international projects. As well as collaborating with some of the the world's finest talent ( Baaba maal, Seu Jorge, Jah Wobble, Nação Zumbi, 3 Na Massa, Basement Jaxx, Moreno, Kassin and Domenico, Daniel Jobim, Bebel Gilberto, Nitin Sawhney..) she has fronted four bands, most famously Smoke City, which enjoyed international commercial success with songs like 'Underwater Love'. Nina just recently released her first solo album, “Freedom of Movement” to critical acclaim.

She will be a guest of the Where does Latin Music Fit in London session.
